Colorantic refund policy

Returns accepted by the merchant are for out-of-date or defective items only. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is expired or defective. If you receive an outdated or defective item in a delivery, please contact us at the telephone number or e-mail address below and provide details of the product and defect. We will then tell you how to return the product.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. We are not
liable for loss or damage in transit. You must
also, for all returns, prepay shipping and insurance costs (where applicable).
If your return is eligible for a refund, it will not include the cost of
shipping and handling charges that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail.

Customers can return unopened items

1. Return of unopened items :
We accept returns on new, unopened items. You can return items
unopened in their original packaging within 14 days of your purchase, with a receipt, or
proof of purchase. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we will not be able to
offer a refund or exchange. Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges
We will only exchange goods that have expired or are defective. 5. Process
When we receive your item, we will examine it and notify you by e-mail, within a reasonable time, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges you have already paid are non-refundable and refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping. It may take up to 15 business days after receipt of our email before you see the refund on your statement. If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send a new item to the original shipping address.
